体育教研室简介

体育教研室是隶属于学院校基础教学部,自成立以来,体育教研室不断发展壮大,为提高全校师生的身体素质和运动水平做出了积极贡献。现有专职教师7人,6人具有硕士学位,2人为国家级裁判员,1人为国家级社会体育指导员;其中,高级职称2人,中级职称3人,助教2人。年龄结构科学合理,50岁以上1人,40503人,30391人,30岁以下2人。

体育教研室工作涉及教学、科研、竞赛等多个方面。教学方面,承担了全校中、高职学生的体育课教学任务,包括篮球、足球、排球、乒乓球、羽毛球等多种运动项目。负责制定体育教学计划、课程建设和教学设计,以提高教学质量。教研室在教学方面注重课堂教学和实践教学相结合,通过丰富多样的教学方法和手段,激发学生的学习兴趣和热情。不断更新教学内容,将最新的科研成果融入教学中,并将课程思政理念贯穿教学全过程。

在科研方面,体育教研室团队积极参与各类科研项目,探究体育科学的最新研究成果和应用,并已经取得了一系列丰硕的成果。研究方向包括运动生理学、运动训练学、体育心理学等多个领域,为推动体育教学和训练提供了有力的理论支持。2013年至2023年,先后获批1项上海市学校体育科研项目、1项上海市中职校教材建设项目、1项上海市教育科学研究项目、2项上海体育社会科学、决策咨询项目、获批2项上海中专体协项目;教研室成员参与国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社科、国家体育总局等项目5项。主编体育教材2本,2013年至今已发表中文期刊50余篇,其中核心期刊7篇,实用新型专利2项。

在竞赛方面,负责组织和管理学校的各类体育赛事,包括校内比赛和参加省市级比赛。其中,与虹口区体育局共建的“一校一品”特色项目手球,2022年上海市第十七届市运会代表虹口区取得第五名的好成绩;2021年和2023年,参加上海市手球锦标赛、冠军赛取得优异成绩,14名同学获批国家等级运动员,其中国家一级运动员2名,国家二级运动员12名。除此之外,教研室在阳光体育竞赛方面也取得了显著的成绩,其中,踢跳、智力运动会、武术等项目,多次获得一、二等奖。

展望未来,体育教研室将继续致力于提高全校师生的身体素质和运动水平。教研室将进一步加强课程建设和教学改革,不断优化教学设计,关注学生的个体差异和发展需求。同时,将加大科研力度,深入探究体育科学的最新研究成果和应用,为推动体育教学和训练提供更加有力的理论支持和实践指导。教研室将不断继续努力,为建设成为全校师生信赖的体育教学、科研和竞赛团队而不懈奋斗!

 

Introduction to the Physical Education Research Office

 

The Physical Education Research Office is a department under the College's Basic Education Department. Since its establishment, the Physical Education Research Office has continuously grown and made active contributions to improving the physical fitness and sports level of students and faculty throughout the school. Currently, there are seven full-time teachers, six of whom hold master's degrees, two are national-level referees, and one is a national-level social sports instructor. Among them, two have senior professional titles, three have intermediate professional titles, and two are teaching assistants. The age structure is scientifically reasonable, with one person over 50 years old, three people between 40 and 50 years old, one person between 30 and 39 years old, and two people under 30 years old.

 

The work of the Physical Education Research Office involves teaching, scientific research, and competitions. In terms of teaching, it undertakes the task of teaching physical education courses for middle and higher vocational students throughout the school, including various sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton. It is responsible for formulating physical education teaching plans, curriculum development, and instructional design to improve the quality of teaching. The Research Office emphasizes the combination of classroom teaching and practical teaching, stimulating students' interest and enthusiasm through diverse teaching methods and approaches. It constantly updates teaching content, incorporates the latest research achievements into teaching, and integrates ideological and political education concepts throughout the teaching process.

 

In terms of scientific research, the Physical Education Research Office team actively participates in various research projects, explores the latest research results and applications in sports science, and has achieved a series of fruitful results. The research directions include sports physiology, sports training, sports psychology, and other fields, providing strong theoretical support for promoting physical education teaching and training. From 2013 to 2023, they have been approved for one Shanghai School Sports Research Project, one Shanghai Vocational School Textbook Construction Project, one Shanghai Education Science Research Project, two Shanghai Sports Social Science and Decision Consulting Projects, and two Shanghai Secondary Vocational School Sports Association Projects. Members of the Research Office have participated in five projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences, and the General Administration of Sport of China. They have also edited two physical education textbooks and published over 50 Chinese journal articles since 2013, including seven in core journals and two utility model patents.

 

In terms of competitions, the Research Office is responsible for organizing and managing various sports events within the school, including internal competitions and participation in provincial and municipal-level competitions. Among them, the handball project, jointly built with the Hongkou District Sports Bureau as a one school, one specialty program, achieved excellent results by ranking fifth in the 17th Shanghai City Games representing Hongkou District in 2022. In 2021 and 2023, they achieved outstanding results in the Shanghai Handball Championship and the Championship, with 14 students being recognized as national-level athletes, including two national-level athletes and 12 national-level athletes. In addition, the Research Office has achieved remarkable results in sunshine sports competitions, including kick-jump, intellectual sports games, and martial arts, winning first and second prizes multiple times.

 

Looking ahead, the Physical Education Research Office will continue to devote itself to improving the physical fitness and sports level of students and faculty throughout the school. The Research Office will further strengthen curriculum development and teaching reforms, continuously optimize instructional design, and pay attention to individual differences and developmental needs of students. At the same time, it will increase research efforts, delve into the latest research results and applications in sports science, and provide stronger theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting physical education teaching and training. The Research Office will continue to strive diligently to become a trusted team for physical education teaching, scientific research, and competitions throughout the school!
