文史教研室简介
文史教研室隶属于学院校基础教学部,现有教师8名,其中高级讲师1名,讲师3名,助理讲师4名;获博士学位者2名,硕士5名。年龄结构科学合理,40—55岁2人,30—39岁2人,30岁以下4人。主要承担院校高职、中本、中高职贯通、中职四种不同层次的文史类课程和艺术课程的教学工作,高职开设有《大学语文》、《文学欣赏》,中职开设有《语文》、《中华传统优秀文化》等课程。
为满足职业院校人才培养需求,培养学生的职业素质,适应课程改革发展,开设了以《大学语文》、中职《语文》为重点的系列课程,课程涵盖高职、中本、中高职贯通、中职的教学,满足不同层次培养要求。在人才培养方面,文史教育的作用和目标是要旨在培养受教育者的人文素质,引导学生在接受专业知识、专业技能教育的同时,学习和吸收人类社会的优秀文化成果,提高思想道德修养、科学文化素质,使学生的思想品质、情操意志、审美情趣乃至个性品格得以升华,从而更好地指导学生的学习和社会实践活动,高质量地实现自我价值和社会价值。
近五年来,文史教研室在全国各类杂志上公开发表学术论文40余篇,参与编写专著、教材10多本,主持院校级课题10多项,参与研究课题10多项。在国家级、市级、院校级组织的各项语文类学科竞赛中,带领学生获得多项荣誉,连续多年获得优秀指导教师。近两年,共组织学生获得“叶圣陶杯”全国中学生新作文大赛省级一等奖2项;上海市中学生作文竞赛市级三等奖2项等。形成了一个教学经验丰富、科研能力旺盛、竞赛成果丰硕的教学团队。
多年来,文史教研室全体同仁一直在不断探索创新教学模式,通过实践应用,践行职业教育理念,为培养具有岗位职业素养的高质量人才竭尽所能,为学院校的特色发展贡献力量。今后,还将在科学发展观的指导下,不断改革,更新观念,培养更多优秀的人才。
Introduction to the Department of Literature and History Education
The Department of Literature and History Education is affiliated with the Basic Education Department of the College. It currently has eight teachers, including one senior lecturer, three lecturers, and four assistant lecturers. Among them, there are two teachers with doctoral degrees and five with master's degrees. The age structure is reasonable, with two teachers aged between 40 and 55, two teachers aged between 30 and 39, and four teachers under the age of 30. The department is primarily responsible for teaching literature and history courses, as well as art courses, at different levels, including higher vocational education, undergraduate programs, the integration of secondary and higher vocational education, and secondary vocational education. The higher vocational education program offers courses such as College Chinese and Literary Appreciation, while the secondary vocational education program offers courses such as Chinese Language and Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture.
In order to meet the needs of talent development in vocational colleges, cultivate students' professional qualities, and adapt to curriculum reform and development, the department has developed a series of courses with a focus on College Chinese and Chinese Language in secondary vocational education. These courses cover teaching at different levels, including higher vocational education, undergraduate programs, the integration of secondary and higher vocational education, and secondary vocational education, thus meeting the requirements for cultivating talents at different levels. In terms of talent development, the role and goal of literature and history education is to cultivate the humanistic qualities of learners, guide students to learn and absorb the outstanding cultural achievements of human society while receiving professional knowledge and skills education, improve their ideological and moral cultivation, scientific and cultural literacy, and elevate their intellectual qualities, moral character, aesthetic taste, and even individuality. This enables them to better guide their learning and engage in social practice, thus achieving self-worth and social value with high quality.
In the past five years, the Department of Literature and History Education has published over 40 academic papers in various national journals, participated in the compilation of more than 10 monographs and textbooks, undertaken over 10 institute-level research projects, and participated in over 10 research projects. In various national, municipal, and institute-level Chinese language competitions organized by organizations, the department has led students to achieve multiple honors and has been recognized as an excellent guiding teacher for consecutive years. In the past two years, the department has organized students to win two provincial first prizes in the Ye Shengtao Cup National New Composition Competition for Middle School Students and two municipal third prizes in the Shanghai City Student Essay Competition. This has formed a teaching team with rich teaching experience, strong research capabilities, and fruitful competition results.
Over the years, all the colleagues in the Department of Literature and History Education have been continuously exploring and innovating teaching models, practicing vocational education concepts, and doing their utmost to cultivate high-quality talents with vocational competence, thus contributing to the distinctive development of the college. In the future, under the guidance of the scientific development concept, the department will continue to reform, update its concepts, and cultivate more outstanding talents.
